Customer service has been dead for a long time. I mean, my time as a “Computer Specialist” at a local store is testament to how dead it is. The decay can be traced to the overall decline of retail as we know it. Internet commerce is quickly becoming more easy and convenient and in turn, retail stores are getting more scarce. Those that haven’t closed are cutting back and less wages lead to disgruntled employees.
The N is not. The drawing shows a nest of birds.
